Will the polls change, Mark?

Do you think Obama should pull his money from Florida?

The polls always change, hence they are largely unreliable.

Mr Evil -- I blog on Blogspot.com. I have found it (mostly) acceptable, though if you plan any heavy image content there are some glitches to be noted.
- I love to find adventure. All I need is a change of clothes, my Nikon, an open mind and a strong cup of coffee.

This is like finding your favorite burger. Usually what you started with is the one you stay with. I've always used WordPress. It appears to have more available themes than the others, plus the ability to do your own.

Diane, I wish you would quit doing that stuff on the pav. Deal with issues here.

----------

Nothing personal, but what we do not need is another blog. We need to cut two thirds of them off at the ankles. Not Mark's or Barber's of course.

-----------

On another issue to Steve Evil: What is the poverty like in Canada?

Why did they remake Carrie? I am tired of shitty remakes. Steve King, you have enough money, bucko.

What a whiner you are.

You blurt something almost incomprehensible, slamming people with liberal views in the Pavvy, someone responds in the Pavvy, and you run in here crying like a big baby that you've been wronged. It's like the text version of the kid that pulls the cat's tail until he gets scratched and then turns on the waterworks about how mean the cat is, and how he wasn't doin' nothin'.

You want to put half-assisms into the universe? Stop expecting people to give you special treatment in response. Reap the whirlwind, Francis. You start it in the Pavvy, you have to expect hammers to fall on you.

And while I'm here wasting precious minutes of my steadily shortening life, I call "bullshit" on your tactic of equating a difference of opinion with an attack on intelligence. Ebert liked a movie - good for Ebert! I didn't like the same movie. Doesn't mean I'm calling Ebert stupid.

You do this all the time. In my opinion, it makes you a joke.

Some of my best friends are liberals.

This comes from when Ralph Nader was on KQED and several callers accused him of handing Bush the election. The usual banal stuff.

Gore cost Gore the election. He wouldn't campaign with Clinton, he couldn't even win Tennessee, he avoided being proactively progressive and mentioning the democratic record.

He lost it.

----------

When some here quit attacking anarchism, we will talk.

----------

You implied that Blair was a dumb movie, meaning the people who like it must be dumb.

Frank, no one here, in my years on this board, has ever attacked "anarchism". They may disagree with an individual statement or position. That is debate. If you don't want a response in the Pavvy, dont comment in the Pavvy. You don't get to dictate what or how or where I post. That is Steve, Rick's and Harlans right. I was deeply angered by your remarks.

Ah gee. . . uhm, I try to avoid it if I can, but in my experience it's no more fun here than anywhere else. Maybe better than Chad, but not exactly a picnic.

Here, maybe this'll be more helpful.

Um....no, he didn't. If you will recall, Gore won the popular vote, and would have won by a larger margin had Florida not been fucked with. Gore won. Bush stole it. The Supreme Court aided and abetted. (The only thing Gore might've done differently would have been to insist the entire state of Florida be recounted instead of picking on specific counties, which made it look like he was the one fucking with things, but...)

Repeat after me: Gore won. Bush cheated.

And the decision not to campaign with Clinton made perfect sense at the time. No one wanted to campaign with him. Why? Three words Mo-ni-ca.

I never thought your memory was that short.
