Running vs Bug Collecting
Well, I'll start off. I'm not a big fan of bugs, and I'm REALLY not a fan of running so all things being equal, I'm putting my support behind Bug Collecting. I'm now a true believer in Bug Collecting.

Re: Running vs Bug Collecting
If we're fumble-fingered enough, we can combine running and bug collecting -- all we have to do is drop the jar we put the hornets in...

I once knew a guy who collected and restored VW Bugs and they all ran really well!
Re: Running vs Bug Collecting
I've found that if I run with my mouth wide open I can do both at the same time.

I would like to clarify a point. I've heard many rumors that "running" adherents are claiming that Frank Church is the Creator of Running vs Bug Collecting. This is blasphemy! I can prove my point with scripture, for did not Steve Evil say "Hmm. . .maybe that should be a thread!" very clearly in his Science vs Religion post? Is this not the clearest statement of intent? It's my opinion that the stupid "running" adherents keep their mouths shut if they know what's good for them.

What about the females in this joint? We aren't supposed to like bugs or running. WTF do we get outta this?

When did you ever go along with "what you're supposed to do"?

If I'm chasing butterflies with a net for the purposes of lepidopteria, am I engaged in some sort of double-heresy? Or is it more like offsetting penalties?

I never do what I'm supposed to, but someone has to stand up for those who are too meek and mild to have their voioces heard.
