Per a request from Jan, I wanted to use this thread to discuss Harlan and his work in the comics medium. I have and can talk intelligently (well, as intelligent as I get anyway) about Dream Corridor vol. 1, Dream Corridor Quarterly, and the Boy and his Dog collection (there may be more but I will need to go through my Harlan stuff once I get home, that is all that springs to mind off the top of my head). I have never read the Hulk nor the Avengers stories, but would love to hear comments from anyone who has.

Here are the Harlan related comics I have and will post comments about:

Harlan Ellison's Dream Corridor Vol. 1 and Quarterly
Twilight Zone #1
Demon with a Glass Hand
Vic & Blood, the Chronicles of a Boy & His Dog
The Illustrated Harlan Ellison

While I do want to address all of the stories contained within these works on some level, there was one I wanted to highlight, "Rock God" from Harlan Ellison's Dream Corridor Vol. 2... (See Dream Corridor Vol. 2 thread. - Mod.)

Chris Day's Harlan Ellison Comic Book Bibliography (Sequential Ellison)
Harlan about Phoenix Without Ashes (IDW 2010) at Comic Book Resources
Harlan about The Spirit #2 (DC 2010) at Comic Book Resources
Haröan's Julie Schwatz obituary (2004)
